Our History

Christ Church of Dubuque (CCD) began as a church plant from Galena Bible Church, an Evangelical Free Church, in the fall of 2005. The church was planted to accommodate the many families who had been commuting from Dubuque to Galena. It was our belief that these families, already fellowshipping with one another, ought to have their own local church which would aid them in their fellowship and allow them to better reach their respective neighborhoods with the gospel.
